-  An exception for the location criterion has been removed for cost esimator and points will be awarded only based on certification. No other disciplines will be given exceptions.

- We understand that the amended request for qualifications is not in PIEE and that DoDSAFE may be required as the avenue for submission. Requests for submission on DoDSAFE will be accepted up to 48 hours before the submission date.

This is a public announcement for a Request for Architect-Engineer (A-E) Qualifications in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6, Selection of Firms for Architect-Engineer Contracts, Defense and Department of the Air Force supplements, and the Brooks Act. Price proposals are not requested with this announcement and will not be considered.
