DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Construction contract for the Camp Buehring Microgrid at Camp Buehring, Kuwait.  This project is to construct a microgrid with controls to provide power to the ARCENT Readiness Training Center (ARTC) at Camp Buehring.
