1. Vendor shall include the following information in their final quote:
   1. Place of Performance is to the address specified below in PWS and attached RFQ
   2. UEI#, CAGE-CODE#, Company Name & Complete Address.
   3. JCCS Registration details: All contractors seeking contracts within the CENTCOM AOR (locations in the Middle East which contracts are awarded by Fleet Logistics Center Bahrain) must be registered in the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) site at https://www.jccs.gov/jccscoe/.
