This Notice of Intent to Sole Source announces the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in support of the Armed Forces DNA Identification Laboratory (AFDIL) to procure maintenance support and software upgrades for the existing Sequencer analysis software as prescribed in FAR6.103-1(b), one (1) responsible source. AFDIL has an annual maintenance/support program for existing Armed Forces Medical Examiner Services (AFMES) owned Gene Code Sequencer software. The maintenance/support program will cover the existing 42 licenses.
