This solicitation is for a Base plus Four (4) Option Year Contract for Annual Certification of Back Flow Devices
for the Long Beach Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System.

In accordance with FAR Part 13, this is a 100% Total Set-Aside Solicitation for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned
Small Businesses (SDVOSB). 

The inquiry period will end on June 10, 2025 at 5:00PM PST.  All offers are due via email No Later Than June 17, 2025, at
