Annual 17025 accredited certification of the M48 & Precision Laboratories

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
