The purpose of this announcement is to request competitive proposals from sources capable of meeting the needs of the Andromeda Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement. The Andromeda IDIQ is to define, design, and build technologies and space-based systems for the Space Domain Awareness mission area. The purpose of this announcement is to solicit proposals for entry into the IDIQ awardee pool. The first delivery order will be for RG-XX.
