1.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
This is a competitive solicitation for Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) Southern Expansion (SE) Moving Services at ANC, 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract to the offeror responsible whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements and is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with the evaluation procedures outlined in the Addendum to FAR 52.212-2.
