The purpose for this amendment is to add a question and answer document.

The purpose for this amendment is: 1) extend the solicitation closing date to 04 FEB 2025, 2) include a Question and Answer document, 3)include an updated Statement of Work and Summary of Changes to the Statement of Work, and 4) update Attachment 2, the Past Performance Questionnaire.
