The purpose of amendment 0005 is to revise the requirements and submission instructions for solicitation W91CRB-26-C-5006. During the Government’s internal review, updates were made to the evaluation criteria and the required submission documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the Government’s actual needs.

Because these revisions materially affect the content and structure of offerors’ proposals, all vendors are required to resubmit their complete proposal packages in accordance with the updated solicitation documents. Previously submitted proposals will not be evaluated and will be removed from consideration.
