1. Exception is taken to this requirement solicitation SPRTA1-25-Q-0465 for PRs 24-01211 and
25-01125 of the synopsis publicizing IAW with FAR 5.202(a)(13), exception:
(i) Is for an amount not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
(ii) Will be made through a means that provides access to the notice of proposed
contract action through the GPE.
(iii) Permits the public to respond to the solicitation electronically.
