Ammunition Supply Point/Theater Storage Area - Kuwait 3.0 (REVISED)

The purpose of this notice is to synopsize the Kuwait Ammunition Supply Point and Theater Storage Area 3.0 (ASP/TSA 3.0) requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.207.
