AMENDMENT P0001 ONE-TIME PROCUREMENT OF GE VSCAN CL AND SL HANDHELD ULTRAOUNDS, PLUS ACCESSORIES & TRAINING  FOR VAMC TOGUS, AUGUSTA ME

Amendment P0001 clarifies the Intent to Sole Source to the SDVOSB Trillamed.  Trillamed as the sole NAC (National Acquisition Center) IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) holder for the VSCAN manufactured in Austria. No other GE reseller holds a government contract, which is required to satisfy the VA Procurement Hierarchy and to provide for the application of the TAA (Trade Agreements Act).
