This is for the replacement of a dry dental vacuum pump system for the VA So. Oregon Rehab Center & Clinics. Offerors should reference the Salient Characteristics and the Statement of Work included within the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a brand name or equal replacement for the existing Mojave Dual System Pump and Tank.

This is for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in an open market competitive bid. 

Bidder will confirm whether or not the proposed product is a domestic end product.

Offerors should reference the Evaluation Factors contained in Section 52.212-2 in the attached RFQ.
