AMENDMENT: Non-Emergent Ambulance Services ALS/CCT VA Long Beach Healthcare System

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Answer questions received regarding the solicitation.
2. All quotes due no later than October 22, 2025, 3:00 PM PT, to Contract Specialist Katharine Robert, via email only to katharine.robert@va.gov.

1. Extend the date for quote submissions: all quotes due no later than October 17, 2025, 2:00 PM PT, to Contract Specialist Katharine Robert, via email only to katharine.robert@va.gov.
2. Update the Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Addendum.
3. Update the Performance Work Statement to incorporate administrative clarifications.
4. Update the clauses and provisions to include omitted mandatory clauses.
5. Update the CLIN structure.
6. Incorporate a contract ceiling and guaranteed minimum amount. 
7. Combine the solicitation and all attachments into one document.
