Amendment No. 1 to Solicitation of a Concession Business Opportunity to Operate Food and Beverage, Retail, and Other Services within Great Basin National Park

The National Park Service (NPS) has amended the business opportunity soliciting proposals to award a new concession contract to operate food and beverage, retail, and other services within Great Basin National Park.

This Amendment No. 1 serves as notice of edited language to the Draft Contract, Section 1 (Term of Contract). The amended language provides the right to exercise the option to shorten the term of the Draft Contract from ten (10) years to five (5) years.

The National Park Service ("NPS") has released on December 1, 2025, a business opportunity soliciting proposals to award a new ten (10) year concession contract to operate food and beverage, retail, and other services within Great Basin National Park.

The NPS will not host a site visit in connection with this solicitation.
