This Amendment No 2 to Solicitation Notice Empower West Africa 720674R00002  addresses questions received with answers. The Amended Request for Proposal (RFP) includes track changes.  Additionally, two attachements for Power Africa Indicator Reference Sheet and Local Compensation Plan Summary for West Africa  respectively have been uploaded as per Section J.2 of the RFP.
