Amendment 2: Call 001_Air Force - Small UAS & Asymmetric Capabilities - Commercial Solutions Opening

This is Amendment 2 to the initial announcement. This purpose of this amendment is: 

1. Add question and answer in response to the Call 001

2. All previous terms and conditions of the remain unchanged.

This notice supplements the Air Force Small UAS & Asymmetric Capabilities – Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO), Notice ID: FA8629-25-S-C001, available at [https://sam.gov/workspace/contract/opp/b14ba8e84f1543bdba1f0169cdee211a/view]. It announces the solicitation of Call 001, seeking innovative commerical solutions and technologies to advance small UAS and asymmetric mission capabilites. Details are provided in the attachment.

This is Amendment 1 to the initial announcement. This purpose of this amendment is: 

1. Clarify the anticipated contract vehicle. The Government anticipates the award of a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) based contract as a result of this Call. This Call will not result in an award of an Other Transaction (OT) agreement for prototype. All offerors should prepare their submissions with the understanding that any resultant award will be a FAR-based contract.

2. Extend the Solution Brief Submission Deadline. The due date for responses is hereby extended from 20 April, 2026 to 23 April, 2026.
