The purpose of this Amendment is to:

• Update Electronic Submission of Proposals, paragraph (f) on page 30 of the Solicitation to state "If any problems are experienced with the EFSS Box system (e.g., login, file transfer), proposals can be sent directly to Bernie Cenidoza at bernard.c.cenidoza@nasa.gov. Please ensure a courtesy copy is provided to Jennifer Schnarr.

As a result of this amendment, the proposal submittal date has NOT changed and is NOT extended.
