Amendment 0006 to Solicitation SPE608-23-R-0200 1.PURPOSE The purpose of this amendment is to reopen the JP5 requirements in Progreso Mexico. 2.ADDITION A.Ancillary Charges The Government hereby adds the following requirement: Total ancillary charges under the BUNKERS SOUTHCOM Purchase Program shall not exceed 10% of the total contract price for fuel per delivery order. The Government will not reimburse ancillary charges exceeding this amount.
