The intent of this contract is to replace the currently inoperable antiquated external air-conditioner condensing unit and update the furnace and air-handler with new state-of-the art, fuel-efficient, environmentally-friendly sustainable components. The work will consist of removing the existing exterior-located five-ton condensing unit, mounting pad and all associated hardware, refrigerant and condensate lines, transition pieces and electrical subcomponents. The work will also consist of removing the interior-located furnace, air-handler, plenum, existing associated controls and thermostatic/barometric-controlled “economizer” fresh-air intake assembly.
