7/22/26 -- SOLICITATION AMENDED. Amendment removes the requirement for the vendor to recharge the SCBA bottles. Vendor is also no longer required to be a Department of Transportation approved facility with a valid Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) Requalification Number (RIN).
