Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. General Services Administration, intends to award a sole source award to Amalgamated Services inc. to procure Yaskawa HV drives.

This purchase will be made utilizing acquisition procedures in accordance with: Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b).
