Allerton Ave, Bronx, NY - Lease Proposal Solicitation

The New York District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2,200 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1-mile radius of Allerton Ave, Bronx, NY 10467.  The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately #3 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  Must use Government Lease.
