Notice of Intent to Sole Source. This Notice of Intent is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.101(a)(1). The United States Air Force (USAF), 509 Contracting Squadron, intends to award a sole source (Only One Responsible Source) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to ADB Safegate. The purpose of this contract is to refresh the existing hardware as part of the Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) at Whiteman AFB.
