The 309 Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) has a need for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a Contractor(s) to provide septic pumping services to temporary portable trailers and airframes in preparation of maintenance and repair and aircraft in transit.
