The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract modification to the Systems Improvement Program IV Contract, N00019-22-C-0067, to Raytheon (RAY) for Transition to Production activities including planning, First Article Inspection and Test (FAIT), and acceptance testing. The AIM-9X Program is a joint DoN and USAF program with the United States Navy (USN) designated as the lead service. Requirements are for the Department of the Navy (DoN), United States Air Force (USAF) and various FMS customers.
