The subject requirement is comprised of the provision of all conferencing logistics and Arabic, French, English, Portuguese and Spanish simultaneous interpretation services in support of the African Maritime Forces Summit (AMFS) in Mauritius, Africa.  This requirement is inclusive of, but not limited to the provision of power capacity, including an uninterrupted power supply, for audio and video support in the main conference room, over-flow conference room, breakout rooms, and identified administrative rooms.
