This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice posted by the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, to generate interest in the upcoming Solicitation, FA469026R0003, for the competition and award of a firm-fixed-price contract for Travel Pay Processing Services at Ellsworth Air Force Base (AFB), South Dakota.
