DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Louisville District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP), Solicitation No. W912QR25RA031 for the construction (Design-Bid-Build) of an Advanced Skills Training Barracks located in Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. Primary facilities include a new 30,000 square foot, two-story Barracks with sleeping quarters, bathrooms, laundry room, common room, and storage.
