The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order (DO) N0001926F0308, to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (Alliant Techsystems Operations) of Northridge, California for Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile Extended Range (AARGM-ER) Common Munitions BIT/Reprogramming Equipment (CMBRE) Cables for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001925G0003.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”.
