THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall include all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to demolish, remove, dispose of the existing roof components and install a new roof on the administration office building in accordance with this statement of work at the Cape Cod Canal, Bourne, MA. The administration building has (2) roof types, consisting of approximately 8000 square feet of asphalt shingles and approximately 1200 square feet of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) flat roof system.
