ACF Lead Forward Leadership Development Framework

Award Notice is completed in accordance with RFO FAR 12.301(a)(1) and RFO FAR 5.301. Awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to DevelopUs Worldwide, LLC for specialized instructional systems design, curriculum finalization, digital learning integration, pilot facilitation, and knowledge-transfer services. This purchase order will complete, refine, and transition the enterprise "ACF Lead Forward Leadership Development Framework" for non-supervisory employees. The scope of work includes: (1) Curriculum Finalization: Completing the remaining 15-20% of the active framework. (2) Train-the-Trainer Certifications: Cultivating internal agency capacity for ACF University personnel. (3) Technical Data Package (TDP): Delivering raw, editable digital source files to ensure long-term agency independence. The period of performance is a twelve (12) month base period.
