Update, 2/27/26: The FAA is attaching Questions and Answers (file: "ChBA Phase 1_QA_2026-02-27") along with an updated Phase 1 Announcement (file: "ChBA Phase 1_Announcement_Update_2026-02-27") which replaces the prior version. Additionally, the FAA is providing a revised Attachment 2 (file: "ChBA Phase 1_Attachment 2 - Self-Score Worksheet_Update_2026-02-27") which replaces the prior version along with a new Attachment 4 (file: "ChBA Phase 1_Attachment 4 - Legacy Application Portfolio Current State_2026-02-27").
