BRAND NAME This acquisition will be negotiated on a BRAND NAME basis with CURTISS-WRIGHT ELECRO-MECHANICAL CORPORATION, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. All responsible sources may submit a response or proposal prior to the offer due date. Any such submissions will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
