NASA/Glenn Research Center (GRC) has a requirement for an ABB MR304SC spectroradiometer, telescope, and the associated software for Glenn Research Center (GRC). Please see the attached Statement of Work for requirements and specifications.

NASA/Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the items from ABB, Inc.  The rationale supporting the use of 41 U.S.C. 1901 is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements at GRC.
