The 354th Eielson Contracting Squadron is seeking qualification packages for A&E services for the project below: This project aims to repair Arctic Ave from Central Ave (include McKinley St.) to Ravens Way and repave & stripe the CHPP parking lot. Drainage issues have been reported along the specified section of Arctic Ave, likely due to low road elevations and a possible lack of culverts to direct storm water across the roadway.
