This pre-solicitation notice is for the procurement of Real Estate/Real Property Professional Services in support of the US Army Reserves, 99TH Readiness Division, Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Ft. Dix, MDL, NJ This solicitation will be for 100% 8(a) Competitive Set-aside. This award will be a single defintive firm fixed price contract.
