99--Gold Star Award Gift Card Program

Western Area Power Administration’s (WAPA’s) Power Marketing Association Human Resources Shared Service Center has an ongoing need to provide employees with on-the-spot awards. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. WAPA’s intent is to make a multiple year award to the Gift Card provider that can meet all requirements in the Statement of Work.
