99 CES Fuel Spill Cleanup

UPDATE (04 August 2025): Sumbission have been extended to 1:00PM PDT on 06 August 2025. The solicitation has been updated as well to reflect the change. 

UPDATE (25 July 2025): The PWS was revised to include the removal of  190 tons of contaminated soil that was removed from the airfield and placed on tarps.
