8(a) Sole Source IDIQ JOC Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning, Naval Air Facility El Centro, California

This is an 8(a) Sole Source Procurement. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery- Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for plumbing, heating and air-conditioning projects as defined under NAICS Code 238220 at various locations within the Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro area of responsibility (AOR). The total contract value shall not exceed $4,500,000.00. This not to exceed (NTE) amount is for the aggregate total of all IDIQ orders awarded during the base year and all option periods (if exercised).
