The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price type contract to Skopenow, Inc. and will utilize the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
