The proposed acquisition is for the renewal of Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) Software on behalf of the OASN (FM and C) Naval Cost Agency. ACEIT is a family of applications that support program managers and cost-financial analysts during all phases of a program’s life cycle.
