Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, on behalf of the PM Soldier Lethality (SL) Non Standard Weapons (NSW) Program, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract to Knight’s Armament Company pursuant to the authority Of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) §3204(a)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), Unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency’s requirements.
