This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24626Q0333, will be issued on or about March 19, 2026.  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond VA Medical, Richmond, VA has a requirement for Medical Gas with Cylinder/Tank Rentals.  Contractors shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision.  Period of performance will be for a base and four option year periods.        This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
