AGREEMENT LANGUAGE

It is the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Heartland Network (herein afterward referred as VISN 15) to establish a Cost-Per Reportable Result (CPRR) IDIQ Contract for PT/PTT Coagulation equipment, and Cost per Test (CPT) for esoteric testing supplies.  It is the intent of the Government to award this agreement to a single Contractor for the Coagulation equipment.  However, as requirements change, facilities within VISN 15 may be added or deleted by supplemental agreement of the Government and the Contractor.
