In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), the Bureau of Reclamation has issued a Limited-Sources Justification (LSJ) for the procurement of Sutron Satlink 3 Loggers from OTT HydroMet Corp., GSA Schedule Number GS07F002DA, Order Number 140R8125F0159.

In accordance with FAR 8.001 and 8.402, federal agencies are mandated to utilize GSA schedules for procurements.
