Description PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to solicit for prescription eyeglasses manufacturing services for eligible beneficiaries in quarter 4 of fiscal year 2025 (FY 25). The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has an ongoing program to provide prescription eyeglasses (both dress and safety) to eligible Veterans. The Contractor is to provide prescription eyeglass manufacturing and for beneficiaries of all sites of care detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) and their entire catchment areas (including outpatient clinics) within the VA.
