1.GENERAL: James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida33612, requires one (1) surgical microscope for the Otolaryngology clinic. 2.BACKGROUND: Currently, the only surgical microscope on site that meets the clinic's needs is the Zeiss Kinevo surgical microscope, predominantly used by the Neurosurgical section. With the Otolaryngology section now performing microvascular reconstructions, they and the Neurosurgical section have been sharing the Kinevo microscope.
