Advanced surgical microscope system Statement of Need 1. GENERAL: The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612, requires one (1) Pentero 800 S surgical microscope for the Otolaryngology Clinic. 2. BACKGROUND: Currently, the only surgical microscope at the facility meeting the needs of both the Neurosurgical and Otolaryngology sections is the Zeiss Kinevo. The Kinevo microscope has traditionally been primarily used by Neurosurgery.
